Absolutely! We thoroughly clean, sanitize, and inspect every inflatable after each use. Your safety is our priority, and we ensure a fresh, well-maintained experience for every event.

No—water can only be used on designated water inflatables. If you’re looking for a water slide or wet inflatable, let us know! We provide a 25ft water hose, but if your water source is further away, please have an additional hose ready.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. Just let us know in advance so we can bring the right anchoring system. For example, grass setups are secured with long steel stakes and other surfaces: are secured with sandbags.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

Yes, a small deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.

In case of inclement weather, you can reschedule your rental at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Our standard rental period is up to 8 hours. Extended rental times are available upon request.

We proudly offer FREE delivery within a 30-mile radius of Phoenix, covering cities such as Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, Sun City, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Maricopa, Buckeye, Anthem, Carefree, Cave Creek, El Mirage, Litchfield Park, Sun Lakes, Rio Verde, New River, Tolleson, Waddell, Youngtown, Higley, Laveen, and Ahwatukee.
For locations beyond this area, up to 120 miles from Phoenix, a trip charge will apply. Please contact us for specific rates based on your location.

While our rentals are designed for easy setup and use, we can provide trained attendants to supervise the equipment at an additional cost. This ensures safety and allows you to enjoy your event without worry.

To ensure availability, especially during peak seasons, we recommend booking your rental at least two weeks in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

We expect normal usage and wear. However, if the equipment is returned excessively dirty or damaged, a cleaning or repair fee may be assessed.

A typical bounce house requires at least 15-20 feet of clear space, with enough room for setup and a safe buffer zone around the inflatable. Please let us know your event space details to ensure we bring the perfect size!

Yes, many of our bounce houses and inflatables can be set up indoors. We only require a large enough space with a ceiling height of at least 14 feet.

We do not offer event insurance, but we recommend discussing options with your event planner or venue. If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out.
